Second week over

Hello good people,

Already starting to feel good I'm even waking up better and I'm far from a morning person.

My eating is also going pretty good healthy wise but, my portion sizes are huge so in this following week I'm going to really try and cut down and make sure I'm eating clean and watching my meal sizes.
I'v cut down my sugar intake and no fizzy drinks and just trying to drink plenty of water.

Also this next week I'm going to really push my intensity my workouts are starting to feel better and I'm pushing myself to finish strong I'm even enjoying the cardio as it's not the usual boring crap running for miles and picking up shin splints.
