OK so I got the athleanX training program found here after following some of the exercises on YouTube.
Now so I fully commit myself to this program I have posted my results on YouTube and will continue to do so weekly at the end of each workout week.
I will also be telling you about my nutrition as I go along different tips I pick up that I think you may benefit from, sticking points and anything else I find relevant.
Please use this blog and my YouTube channel found here in anyway you can that you find helpful.
If anyone would like to use a stopwatch to time your workouts or to keep a close eye on your rest time between sets I use an online stopwatch found here
I also don't have any equipment I'm using a back pack filled with bottled water for weight and shopping bags filled with the water bottles are also good for curls and raises and other exercises like that, thinking about it now it seems silly but what I'm trying to get at is that there is no excuse you don't need a gym or fancy equipment, don't get me wrong I'd rather have that in fact I'd love that but I'm not just going to sit on my arse being lazy and making excuses for myself and for now I will make do.
